Before and After School
Program Overview
The Pope John Paul II Catholic Academy Extended Day Program strives to provide a safe and active environment for our students. We consider our program an extension of the school day, encouraging learning through many different programs that build upon our curriculum.
This year’s program is designed to be more flexible with more program offerings to provide more learning and more fun! Activities such as arts and crafts, tutoring, homework help and sports are just some of the programs that will be offered throughout the Academy. Music, fencing and theatre arts will also be offered for an additional fee.
The 2009-2010 Program begins September 21, 2009 at each of the 5 campus locations for Grades Pre K – 8. Monday through Friday. Registration is due by September 16th with a $20.00 non-refundable fee per family.
BEFORE SCHOOL PROGRAM
(Breakfast Included)
- 6.30am to 7.30 am...................$7.00 per day
AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM
(Snack Included)
Rate is $5.00 per hour or full day flat rate of $15.00 (2:30 to 6:00 pm)
20% family discount available for 2 or more children
- 2.30 to 3.30...................$5.00
- 2.30 to 4.30...................$10.00
- 2.30 to 6:00...................$15.00
New Same day service is available but parents will need to notify the Campus Main Office by 1:00 pm.
Same day 1 child hourly rate: $10 per hour
20% family discount for 2 or more children
Billing and Payments
New Policy: Payments are now due weekly at your campus
- Invoices will be provided at the end of each program week on Fridays.
- Payments are due the following Wednesday.
- Payments can be made by check or money order.
Vouchers
We have been approved to accept vouchers issued by the Office of Child Care Choices for our Before School, After School, and Tuition Programs. If you currently have a voucher through Child Care Choices, contact the Business Office for more information. How to Register:
- Review our Program Policies and Procedures which provides more details about our program.
- Complete and submit a Registration Form for each child plus a $20.00 non-refundable fee per family to your campus main office by September 16, 2009.
